Dear Owners and Guests,
Congratulations to our three new Board Members elected at the Annual General Members Meeting last April 29th. WELCOME Cynthia (Cindy) Martorella as Vice Chairman, Karen (Kandy) Cottrill as Secretary, and Terry Brandenburg as Project Director, joining Kevin Foley, Chairman and Rene Levy Maduro, Treasurer.
At the same time we express APPRECIATION and THANKS to our exiting Board Members, Anthony Parrino and Ronald Parolisi for their excellent job as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively!
REMINDERS TO ARRIVING GUESTS:
* Should your plans include renting a vehicle during your vacation time, please always lock your doors and close all windows securely, be sure to park your vehicle in a safe, well lighted, parking area, and leave nothing of value in your car when unattended. Front Desk requests you to register your vehicle for emergency contact.
* Refrigerators - A reminder to arriving guests to check the Temperature setting of your refrigerator. The Club is not responsible for items stored at improper setting.
* Also, as a safety precaution, check the knobs on your stove/oven to ensure they are in the off position when not in use.
* Balcony doors are required to be closed at all times, for occupants own security and also for the prevention of mold and mildew in units. Open doors also work against the optimal functioning of our Air-Conditioning system.
FREE WI-FI SERVICE: The Resort now offer guests free WiFi service available under the Cayena Garden Terrace, the covered area in front of the Spa, Activities Dept., and Member's Lounge, from the edge of the children's playground to the lobby. Just go to your WiFi settings and click on "Cayena Terrace", no password required.
IN-HOUSE TV CHANNEL 30 has been updated with valuable information. We recommend that you view the in-house channel at the start of your vacation.
IN-ROOM DIRECTORIES have been temporarily removed from the units. Soon we will have an updated version in a brand new format.
CLUB DUES 2015: At the end of June/beginning July, Statements will be prepared and mailed, with due date October 31, 2014, and are as follows:
$515.00 - SUPERIOR UNIT
$609.00 - DELUXE UNIT
$709.00 - ROYAL SUPERB UNIT
Please take good note of our new Tampa address for mailing payments, and always mention your NAME and MEMBER NUMBER with your payment. Any other correspondence received at the Tampa address will be scanned and transmitted to Club's offices here in Aruba for appropriate handling:

REMINDER: When payment of Club Dues is made with credit card or when a unit is purchased from our Resales Department and payment is made via credit card, ABC will add its 4% administration fee. Please email authorization for credit card payment to

BLAST E-MAILS: The Resort has the ability to send mass e-mails to our members. If you have not received an e-mail from the Resort recently please send Cathy Brete your correct e-mail address. Her e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org .
Ongoing - retiling of the balconies in the East Wing units, upon availability of the tiles on the island. Completed in all other areas.
Installation of new main pool equipment whereby use of chlorine will be eliminated in the near future.
Replacement of main water line supply
New Elevator, which hopefully will be installed in the month of September.
It is my pleasure updating you with some of the latest developments at the ABC. I look forward to meeting you at the regular Tuesday Manager's Meeting where most recent info will be shared and questions from the floor addressed.
